The initial term of this Agreement shall be for one (1) year from the Effective Date ("Initial Term"). Following the Initial Term, this Agreement shall automatically renew for successive one-year periods (each a "Renewal Term") unless either party provides written notice of termination at least thirty (30) days prior to the end of the then-current term.
This Agreement will commence on the date hereof and will continue on a monthly basis, starting from the date of execution. Early Termination: Client may cancel this Agreement at any time with written notice. However, if Client cancels within the first 6 months of the Agreement, a cancellation fee will be assessed according to the selected package as described below. Cancellation Fee: If the Client terminates the Agreement before the completion of 6 months from the start date, the Client agrees to pay the monthly charge for the coming billing cycle, as well as a cancellation fee based on the selected package. The cancellation fee is not a penalty but an acknowledgment of the commitment made by the Company for service provision. The applicable cancellation fees are as follows: Basic Essential Package: $700 Growth-Focused Package: $1,000 Comprehensive Brand Management Package: $1,500 Payment Obligations: In the event of early termination, the Client is responsible for: 1. Payment of the monthly service fee for the selected package for the coming billing cycle. 2. The applicable Cancellation Fee based on the selected package.
This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Your Jurisdiction.
This Agreement constitutes the entire agreement between the parties with respect to the subject matter hereof, and supersedes all prior and contemporaneous agreements and understandings, whether written or oral, relating to such subject matter.
The Client agrees to pay the Provider an initial non-refundable deposit of $500 to cover the services outlined in this Agreement. If the client is on a monthly plan, the recurring payments will continue as per your package selection with the next payment due 30 days from your initial purchase date. Alternatively, the Client may choose to pay the full amount upfront for the entire year of service. In the event of incomplete payment at the time of purchase, the Client will be enrolled in a recurring monthly billing cycle.
